Gerry is a serial entrepreneur and healthcare fanatic with over 30 years in the technology industry. Prior to Cloudticity, Gerry was brought in as the chief operating officer at ePrize; he turned around a failing company that was eventually sold for a fourfold return on the initial private equity investment. Before ePrize, Gerry spent eight years at Microsoft, first as chief technology officer for the US central region, then running the global business unit that oversaw General Motors (Microsoft’s second-largest customer), growing that account from $20MM to over $100MM in three years. Prior to Microsoft, Gerry spent nearly a decade in the technology consulting and startup industry. He holds all five AWS certifications.

Joe joined Cloudticity in April 2023 as Senior Vice President of Client Delivery and leads the delivery of all Cloudticity solutions to our customers. Before joining Cloudticity, he was the Global Information Officer for Distillery for 460 hybrid-work employees across the US and Latin America.

Prior to Distillery, Joe served as the Vice President of IT for SVS Vision, heading up everything that beeps and blinks for 83 retail stores in 9 states. He also spent 13 years at Microsoft, leading major consulting service engagements in Michigan and Ohio and overseeing all global Microsoft technology initiatives for General Motors.

Joe’s passion lies in IT transformation in small to mid-size businesses, with proven experience directing complex technology upgrades and migrations, strategic planning, and customer experience optimization. He is also a writer, with three books published and several more in the works.

Ted manages the Product Engineering and Platform operations team that delivers the tools and systems that help our team service customer needs from Infrastructure, Compliance and cost containment.

Experienced Product, Operations and Engineering senior leader with focus on bringing patient care to a higher level through technical innovation. He has managed audit cycles (SOC, PCI, CIS, NIST, HiTrust) and has deep experience operating under those compliance frameworks.

Ted also has deep experience working in the Private Equity and Venture Capital spaces as an Executive bringing value to the investment by Organizational Leadership, P&L expertise and deep technical experience to help investors make budgetary and investment decisions regarding technology

Previous to Cloudticity, Ted held the position of Chief Technology Officer at two Healthcare focused technical service providers and prior to that he held Technical Operations Leadership roles in the Mobile and Loyalty marketing industries.

Ted loves to build things and while not building teams and products is building/creating with his wife, 2 lovely kids and his 2 crazy dogs.
